About Us

Where Ancient Wisdom Meets the Modern World.

Avana Yoga was born from a deep reverence for India's classical yoga tradition, a living lineage that stretches back thousands of years through the Vedas, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and the timeless teachings of the Bhagavad Gita.

We believe yoga is far more than movement. At its heart, it is the science of the mind, a path towards Samadhi, inner stillness, and the clarity that comes from truly knowing oneself. Every class, course, and retreat we offer is rooted in this understanding.

From the UK to India and beyond, we share these teachings with sincerity, depth, and care, welcoming students and teachers who are ready to experience yoga not as a trend, but as a transformation.
